Propuesta de un procedimiento para el uso de firma digital notarial en certificaciones solicitadas por derechos reales para beneficio del usuario y del servicio notarial en Santa Cruz-Bolivia

Abstract

La firma digital hace uso de un certificado digital de confianza, que identifica inequívocamente a su poseedor en un mundo digital. Dichos certificados residen en un contenedor criptográfico, el cual garantiza la seguridad y la correcta manipulación mediante aplicaciones de alto nivel que hacen uso del certificado digital. En este contexto, surge la necesidad y la conveniencia de plantear el presente proyecto, presentando un procedimiento para el uso de la firma digital notarial en certificaciones solicitadas por Derechos Reales para beneficio del usuario y del Servicio Notarial en Santa Cruz-Bolivia, por lo que se plantea una interacción entre la Institución de Derechos Reales y los Notarios de Fe Pública, a través de una plataforma virtual , en la cual los Notarios de Fe Pública puedan elaborar los documentos y a través de la firma digital le den el valor legal.

The digital signature makes use of a trusted digital certificate, which unequivocally identifies its holder in a digital world. These certificates reside in a cryptographic container, which guarantees the security and the correct manipulation by means of high level applications that make use of the digital certificate. In this context, arises the need and the convenience of raising the present project, presenting a procedure for the use of the notarial digital signature in certifications requested by Real Rights for the benefit of the user and the Notarial Service in Santa Cruz-Bolivia, so it is proposed an interaction between the Institution of Real Rights and the Notaries of Public Faith, through a virtual platform, in which the Notaries of Public Faith can prepare the documents and through the digital signature give them the legal value.
