Propuesta de reglamento especial para perfeccionar el reconocimiento notarial de los testamentos ológrafos

Abstract

El desarrollo del tema, tiene su fundamento en las limitaciones y deficiencias que presenta el Testamento Ológrafo en el Código Civil y la Ley del Notario No 483 donde se establece que los documentos protocolares son las escrituras originales o matrices de los actos, hechos y negocios jurídicos, los cuales están compilados y archivados en un protocolo, a partir del cual el notario o la notaria extiende instrumentos públicos protocolares, dentro de los cuales se tiene a los testamentos.
