Propuesta de reglamento especial para perfeccionar el reconocimiento notarial de los testamentos ológrafos

Abstract

El desarrollo del tema, tiene su fundamento en las limitaciones y deficiencias que presenta el Testamento Ológrafo en el Código Civil y la Ley del Notario No 483 donde se establece que los documentos protocolares son las escrituras originales o matrices de los actos, hechos y negocios jurídicos, los cuales están compilados y archivados en un protocolo, a partir del cual el notario o la notaria extiende instrumentos públicos protocolares, dentro de los cuales se tiene a los testamentos.The development of this topic is based on the limitations and deficiencies of the Holographic Will in the Civil Code and the Notary Law No. 483, where it is established that the protocol documents are the original deeds or matrices of the acts, facts and legal business, which are compiled and filed in a protocol, from which the notary or notary public issues protocol public instruments, among which are the wills.
