Abstract

El estudio sobre la aplicación del enfoque restaurativo de los derechos humanos en la justicia juvenil ecuatoriana abordó un tema crucial para el sistema de justicia del país. El objetivo general de esta investigación fue analizar la implementación de prácticas restaurativas en la justicia juvenil durante el período 2020-2023 y evaluar su impacto en la rehabilitación y reintegración de los adolescentes infractores.The study on the application of the restorative approach of human rights in Ecuadorian juvenile justice addressed a crucial issue for the country's justice system. The general objective of this research was to analyze the implementation of restorative practices in juvenile justice during the period 2020-2023 and evaluate their impact on the rehabilitation and reintegration of adolescent offenders.
