| dc.description.abstract | El archivo documental notarial es de vital importancia para la sociedad. En este se registran hechos o actos relativos a la vida e historia de las personas. En ese contexto, el presente proyecto busca exponer que la Ley notarial especial y su Reglamento, respecto al archivo de los despachos de las Notarías de Fe Pública, brindan lineamientos generales sobre su organización y custodia, y -bajo ese precepto- es necesaria una guía específica y pragmática que contenga procedimientos definidos sobre el manejo y gestión del archivo notarial. | es |
