Propuesta de manual de manejo y gestión del archivo notarial

Abstract

El archivo documental notarial es de vital importancia para la sociedad. En este se registran hechos o actos relativos a la vida e historia de las personas. En ese contexto, el presente proyecto busca exponer que la Ley notarial especial y su Reglamento, respecto al archivo de los despachos de las Notarías de Fe Pública, brindan lineamientos generales sobre su organización y custodia, y -bajo ese precepto- es necesaria una guía específica y pragmática que contenga procedimientos definidos sobre el manejo y gestión del archivo notarial.The notarial documentary archive is of vital importance to society. It records facts or acts related to the life and history of people. In this context, this project seeks to expose that the Special Notarial Law and its Regulations, regarding the archive of the offices of Notaries Public, provide general guidelines on its organization and custody, and -under that precept- it is necessary a specific and pragmatic guide containing defined procedures on the handling and management of the notarial archive.
