Resumen/Abstract
El concepto tradicional de RH, que aún se practica en muchas empresas y organizaciones, es un producto típico de la era industrial, cuando las empresas se consideraban conjuntos integrados y coordinados de recursos —financieros, materiales, tecnológicos e incluso humanos— reunidos para alcanzar objetivos
organizacionales imposibles de lograr de manera aislada e individual. En realidad, ese concepto es producto de una época en que las organizaciones eran típicamente físicas y concretas, y se estructuraban como verdaderos ladrillos y de forma mecanística. Así, incluso a las personas se les trataba como recursos —recursos humanos—, igual que al resto de los recursos organizacionales, y de manera uniforme y estandarizada, a fin de ajustarlas a las demandas y requisitos de la empresa.
The traditional concept of HR, which is still practiced in many companies and organizations, is a typical product of the industrial era, when companies considered themselves as integrated and coordinated sets of resources - financial, material, technological and even human - brought together to achieve objectives. impossible to achieve in isolation and individually.
