La firma digital notarial en Bolivia en beneficio de los usuarios y del servicio notarial

Abstract

Los notarios de fe pública deben formar parte de la transformación que ha sufrido la sociedad en su conjunto debido a las Tecnologías de la Información y de las Telecomunicaciones, en este sentido, Bolivia cuenta con el respaldo jurídico necesario para la implementación de la firma digital notarial. Una vez implementada la figura jurídica de la firma digital, la sociedad en su conjunto resultará beneficiada, debido a que esta figura ofrece una variedad de ventajas.Notaries public must be part of the transformation that society as a whole has undergone due to Information Technology and Telecommunications, in this sense, Bolivia has the necessary legal support for the implementation of the notarial digital signature.
