Aplicación de conciliación previa en el proceso ejecutivo artículo 294, de la ley 439

Abstract

El estudio del presente trabajo parte de la reflexión del trámite de la conciliación previa en el proceso ejecutivo, se inicia una primera parte y es en la Introducción donde se asienta la justificación donde se constata el origen de la investigación, como así también se plantea el objetivo principal que es Fundamentar la necesidad de modificar la audiencia previa obligatoria que actualmente es optativa de acuerdo al Art. 294 , para alcanzar el mismo se ha desarrollado métodos teóricos, para explicar y entender la conciliación previa, desde el enfoque de la ley 439 del Nuevo Código Procesal Civil de Bolivia.

The study of the present work starts from the reflection of the procedure of the previous conciliation in the executive process, the first part begins and it is in the Introduction where the justification where the origin of the investigation is stated, as well as the main objective which is to support the need to modify the obligatory previous hearing that is currently optional according to Art. 294, to achieve the same theoretical methods have been developed to explain and understand the previous conciliation, from the approach of the law 439 of the New Civil Procedural Code of Bolivia.
