| dc.description.abstract | La investigación que se presenta tiene como objetivo Determinar las contribuciones de la institución notarial a las dimensiones de la seguridad jurídica en los actos notariales en Bolivia. El estudio contiene una revisión detallada de las distintas teorías existentes en torno a la institución notarial, función notarial y la seguridad jurídica preventiva notarial; asimismo desarrollamos una descripción pormenorizada de las dimensiones de la seguridad jurídica disponibles en el contexto en el cual se desarrolla la función notarial, considerando los significativos beneficios que aportan para generar certidumbre y estabilidad. | es |
| dc.description.abstract | The research presented here aims to determine the contributions of the notarial institution to the dimensions of legal security in notarial acts in Bolivia. The study contains a detailed review of the different existing theories on the notarial institution, notarial function and notarial preventive legal security; we also develop a detailed description of the dimensions of legal security available in the context in which the notarial function is developed, considering the significant benefits they bring to generate certainty and stability. | en |
