Excepciones, trámite y resolución en procesos ordinarios y extraordinarios

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación, se aborda el análisis de comportamiento con relación a la normativa sobre el trámite y resolución de las excepciones señaladas en el art. 128 del nuevo código procesal civil, en razón de su reciente puesta en vigencia plena a partir del 6 de febrero del presente año, así mismo como uno de los cambios profundos realizados a un conjunto normativo obsoleto, partiendo de la visión filosófica de la también nueva Constitución Política de EstadoIn the present research work, the analysis of behavior in relation to the regulations on the processing and resolution of the exceptions indicated in art. 128 of the new civil procedural code, due to its recent full entry into force on February 6 of this year, as well as one of the profound changes made to an obsolete set of regulations, starting from the philosophical vision of the also new Political Constitution of the State.
