Abstract

El capítulo primero se refiere a los fundamentos de la investigación. El capítulo segundo, se establecen los aspectos generales en cuanto al derecho constitucional, establece distintos tipos de control de constitucional. El capítulo tercero desarrolla al Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, sus antecedentes y el papel que cumple en el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia. Al final del capitulo segundo se analiza la interacción entre los dos principales grupos de acciones que son las de control normativo y las de defensa o tutelaresThe first chapter refers to the fundamentals of research. The second chapter, establishes the general aspects regarding constitutional law, establishes different types of constitutional control.
