Telepsiquiatría en el seguimiento a pacientes con enfermedad mental del Hospital Daniel Bracamonte, enero 2024 a junio 2025

Abstract

La presente monografía tiene como propósito analizar la implementación, el impacto y la efectividad de la telepsiquiatría como herramienta de apoyo en el seguimiento clínico de pacientes con enfermedades mentales atendidos en el Hospital Daniel Bracamonte de la ciudad de Potosí, durante el periodo comprendido entre enero de 2024 y junio de 2025. La investigación surge como respuesta a la necesidad de garantizar la continuidad del tratamiento psiquiátrico en contextos donde las barreras geográficas, económicas y sociales limitan el acceso a una atención presencial oportuna y permanente.The purpose of this monograph is to analyze the implementation, impact and effectiveness of telepsychiatry as a support tool in the clinical follow-up of patients with mental illnesses treated at Hospital Daniel Bracamonte in the city of Potosí, during the period between January 2024 and June 2025. The research arises in response to the need to guarantee the continuity of psychiatric treatment in contexts where geographic, economic and social barriers limit access to timely and permanent in-person care.
