Proceso evolutivo de Derecho Notarial

Abstract

En sus inicios el Notario, fue una actividad puramente empírica, pragmática luego, posteriormente sistematizada y en el tiempo moderno formalizado, como una labor que debe observar determinadas formas rigurosas, para la celebración de los actos y contratos jurídicos. En el marco teórico pretenderemos englobar de una manera concreta los antecedentes históricos del derecho notarial

In its beginnings the Notary was a purely empirical activity, then pragmatic, later systematized and in modern time formalized, as a task that must observe certain rigorous forms for the celebration of legal acts and contracts. In the theoretical framework we will try to include in a concrete way the historical antecedents of notarial law.
