Especies de la agrobiodiversidad de maní, ají, sésamo y algarrobo para fines de industrialización en la región del Chaco boliviano

Abstract

La tesis titulada "Especies de la agrobiodiversidad de maní, ají, sésamo y algarrobo para fines de industrialización en la Región del Chaco boliviano" se desarrolló en 16 municipios del Chaco, abarcando territorios de Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca y Tarija. La investigación surge ante limitaciones como la falta de infraestructura para el procesamiento, precios inestables y bajos márgenes de ganancia, lo cual restringe el aprovechamiento del potencial productivo de estas especies nativas. A partir de este contexto se plantea la siguiente pregunta de investigación: ¿Cuál es la importancia biocultural, económica y productiva del maní, ají, sésamo y algarrobo?The thesis titled "Agrobiodiversity species of peanut, chili, sesame and carob for industrialization purposes in the Bolivian Chaco region" was developed in 16 municipalities of the Chaco, covering territories of Santa Cruz, Chuquisaca and Tarija. The research arises due to limitations such as lack of processing infrastructure, unstable prices and low profit margins, which restricts the use of the productive potential of these native species. From this context, the following research question arises: What is the biocultural, economic and productive importance of peanut, chili, sesame and carob?
