La definición del periodo de mandato y la reelección presidencial más allá de su connotación política, son temas que han merecido la atención y debate desde la perspectiva del derecho constitucional, al constituirse en elementos que hacen a la organización y desenvolvimiento del Órgano Ejecutivo, y por la actualidad que han cobrado en los años recientes y el presente, ante la inminencia de las elecciones presidenciales o generales de 2025.The definition of the term of office and presidential reelection, beyond their political connotation, are issues that have deserved attention and debate from the perspective of constitutional law, as they are elements that affect the organization and development of the Executive Branch, and due to their relevance in recent years and the present, given the imminence of the presidential or general elections of 2025.
