Abstract

La primera cuestión que debe abordar el estudio del derecho penal vigente, es decir, del que surge básicamente del Código Penal (LO 10/95, del 23 de noviembre), es la concerniente a la función de las normas que lo integran.The first question that the study of current criminal law must address, that is, from the one that basically arises from the Penal Code (LO 10/95, of November 23), is that concerning the function of the norms that comprise it.
