Implementación de un sistema computarizado de información digital al instrumento jurídico de la función notarial, para brindar seguridad jurídica en el Estado Plurinacional De Bolivia

Abstract

La función notarial es en si misma una actividad compleja e importante, ya que dar fe de los actos públicos de los habitantes de una región y custodiar la documentación de forma que quede como un testimonio para las siguientes generaciones es un trabajo de por si comprometido. El presente trabajo implica la realización de un diseño teórico y metodológico donde se determinó la estructura general de la investigación. Esto delimitando los elementos a ser estudiados y los métodos y técnicas para el manejo de los datos que se obtuvieron.The notarial function is in itself a complex and important activity, since attesting to the public acts of the inhabitants of a region and safeguarding the documentation in such a way that it remains as a testimony for the following generations is in itself a committed work. The present work implies the realization of a theoretical and methodological design where the general structure of the research was determined. This delimited the elements to be studied and the methods and techniques for handling the data obtained.
