Improcedencia de la expropiación de propiedades rurales por la causal de incumplimiento de función social en el norte amazónico del departamento de la paz

Abstract

El presente trabajo sobre la "IMPROCEDENCIA DE LA EXPROPIACIÓN DE PROPIEDADES RURALES POR LA CAUSAL DE INCUMPLIMIENTO DE FUNCIÓN SOCIAL EN EL NORTE AMAZÓNICO DEL DEPARTAMENTO DE LA PAZ" constituye un aporte valioso para el Derecho Agrario, ya que recopila los antecedentes históricos de Bolivia desde la Revolución de 1952, año en el cual se sientan las bases de la Reforma Agraria con el Decreto Ley 3464, constituyéndose la Ley 1715 de 1996 en la continuación de la regularización del Derecho Agrario, bajo el slogan "La tierra es de quien la trabaja" en busca del Bien Común y la justicia social.

The present work on the "IMPROCEDENCE OF THE EXPROPRIATION OF RURAL PROPERTY FOR THE CAUSE OF FAILURE TO FULFILL A SOCIAL FUNCTION IN THE NORTH AMAZON OF THE DEPARTMENT OF LA PAZ" constitutes a valuable contribution to Agrarian Law, since it compiles the historical background of Bolivia since the Revolution of 1952, The year in which the foundations of the Agrarian Reform were laid with Decree Law 3464, and Law 1715 of 1996 was the continuation of the regularization of Agrarian Law, under the slogan "The land belongs to those who work it" in search of the Common Good and social justice.
