Abstract

Determinar la seroprevalencia de IgG e IgM anti - Chlamydia trachomatis y factores de riesgo asociados a esta infección, en mujeres trabajadoras sexuales que acuden al Programa Departamental CDVIR ITS/VIH Oruro, enero - junio 2014. : Metodologia: Estudio observacional descriptivo de corte transversal y prospectivo, se analizó 108 muestras de estas pacientes, donde se determinó la seroprevalencia de IgM e IgG anti - Chlamydia trachomatis, para lo cual se utilizó el reactivo CHEMUX BIOSCIENCE, INC ELISA para ambos anticuerposTo determine the seroprevalence of IgG and IgM anti - Chlamydia trachomatis and associated risk factors to this infection, in women sex workers who attend the Departmental Program CDVIR ITS / HIV Oruro, January - June 2014.
