La vía voluntaria notarial en el proceso sucesorio para aceptación de herencia en menores de edad

Abstract

Los menores representan un grupo social que el Notariado Boliviano debería prestar especial atención, con el fin de proteger sus derechos. Los menores de edad tienen una capacidad de obrar limitada para evitar que puedan tomar por sí solos decisiones que les perjudiquen cuando legalmente se considera que no tienen juicio o madurez suficiente.

Minors represent a social group to which the Bolivian Notariat should pay special attention in order to protect their rights. Minors have limited legal capacity in order to prevent them from making decisions on their own that could be harmful to them when, legally, they are considered not to possess sufficient judgment or maturity.
