Abstract

Con la presente investigación se pretende poner al descubierto un vacío legal que tiene la Ley N° 483 con referente a los requisitos de divorcio como ser el certificado de no gestación no figura en la Ley lo que transgrede La Ley N° 603 ARTÍCULO 220. (PRINCIPIOS DEL PROCESO FAMILIAR.
