| dc.description.abstract | La vigente Ley del Notario Público Plurinacional No 483 promulgada el 25 de enero de 2014 y su Decreto Reglamentario No 2189 el 19 de noviembre de 2014 plantean el divorcio notarial con la finalidad de facilitar la disolución del vínculo matrimonial por vía voluntaria y dejar de lado el complicado proceso judicial considerado a pesar de sus avances en las causales del divorcio, todavía una lenta agonía en la falta de definición de la relación conyugal. | es |
