Abstract

Esta obra fue concebida con un objetivo simple: servir de guía orientativa al estudiante que se inicia en el ámbito del derecho notarial. Fue escrita durante el cursado de la especialización en Derecho Notarial que dicta la Facultad de Ciencias Jurídicas y Sociales, de la Universidad Nacional del Litoral (Santa Fe, Argentina), en 2008.This work was conceived with a simple objective: to serve as an orientation guide for the student who is starting out in the field of notarial law.
