Falta de protección legal al derecho a la privacidad de las redes sociales en Bolivia

Abstract

El estudio e investigación de los artículos relacionados a la protección del derecho a la privacidad en la Constitución y las leyes, determinará la efectividad con la que se cuenta a la hora de buscar posibles soluciones a los ataques o vulneraciones que traen las nuevas tecnologías (redes sociales), en vista que la Constitución o la normativa nacional no cuenta con regulación para proteger los derechos que se vulneran a través de las redes sociales y las nuevas tecnologías.The study and research of the articles related to the protection of the right to privacy in the Constitution and the laws will determine the effectiveness of the search for possible solutions to the attacks or violations brought by new technologies (social networks), since the Constitution or the national legislation does not have regulations to protect the rights that are violated through social networks and new technologies.
