Propuesta de codificación especializada para el ejercicio efectivo de la conciliación en materia agraria

Abstract

La materialización eficaz y eficiente de la Justicia en el Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia es una de las principales aspiraciones del pueblo boliviano, con este propósito, a título de Maestría en Derecho Agroambiental, se procede con el análisis, procesamiento y síntesis de información colectada sobre la conciliación en materia agraria, entendiéndose que adolece de serias falencias que imposibilitan el ejercicio pleno derechos y cultura de Paz que caracterizan al Estado boliviano.The effective and efficient realization of justice in the Plurinational State of Bolivia is one of the main aspirations of the Bolivian people. With this purpose, and within the framework of the Master’s Program in Agro-Environmental Law, this study undertakes the analysis, processing, and synthesis of collected information on conciliation in agrarian matters, recognizing that it suffers from serious shortcomings that hinder the full exercise of rights and the culture of peace that characterizes the Bolivian State.
