La deontología en la determinación notarial del derecho en Bolivia

Abstract

Esta investigación se interesa por estudiar cómo ofrecer certeza al proceso de determinación notarial del derecho en su relación con la deontología notarial, en el nuevo contexto constitucional y de derechos humanos en Bolivia, ante el silencio de la Ley 483 y su reglamento sobre el tema. Para ello, se estudiaron las teorías, doctrinas y acercamientos teóricos que se involucran en el tema, se analizó críticamente la normativa nacional y extranjera sobre el tema, se consultó a la comunidad jurídica al efecto y se realizó un estudio de derecho comparado.This research is interested in studying how to provide certainty to the process of notarial determination of law in relation to notarial deontology, in the new constitutional and human rights context in Bolivia, given the silence of Law 483 and its regulations on the subject. To this end, the theories, doctrines and theoretical approaches involved in the subject were studied, national and foreign regulations on the subject were critically analyzed, the legal community was consulted for this purpose, and a comparative law study was carried out.
