Habiéndose aprobado y promulgado la Nueva Constitución Política del Estado desde el año 2009, se aprobó y puso en vigencia una disposición legal como el art. 65 en la que se habla del derecho a la identidad, y que ésta se hará valer a indicación del padre o madre y nos dice además que la presunción será válida salvo prueba en contrarioHaving approved and promulgated the New Political Constitution of the State since 2009, a legal provision was approved and put into effect as art. 65 which speaks of the right to identity, and that it will be asserted at the indication of the father or mother and also tells us that the presumption will be valid unless there is evidence to the contrary.
