El derecho a la salud y educación de las personas privadas de libertad del centro penitenciario San Roque Sucre Chuquisaca

Abstract

Desde la promulgación de la Constitución Política del Estado en 2009, la situación de los derechos humanos en el país ha cambiado. Del artículo 13 al 107, la Constitución Política del Estado, incorpora una amplísima gama de derechos y garantías constitucionales, que la convierten en un ejemplo en el contexto internacional; ahora bien, conforme a lo precedido y haciendo énfasis en el tema a tratar que es el Derecho a la Salud y Educación de las Personas privadas de libertad del Centro Penitenciario de San Roque de la Ciudad de Sucre; Derechos que están plenamente respaldados por nuestra Constitución Política del Estado, Convención Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, Pactos Internacionales, el Código Penal y la Ley de Ejecución Penal y Supervisión.Since the promulgation of the Political Constitution of the State in 2009, the human rights situation in the country has changed. From article 13 to 107, the Political Constitution of the State, incorporates a wide range of rights and constitutional guarantees, which make it an example in the international context; now, in accordance with the above and emphasizing the topic to be addressed, which is the Right to Health and Education of Persons deprived of liberty of the San Roque Prison in the City of Sucre; Rights that are fully supported by our Political Constitution of the State, Inter-American Convention on Human Rights, International Covenants, the Penal Code and the Law of Penal Execution and Supervision.
