Aportes de la tecnología a la función notarial boliviana

Abstract

A través del presente estudio, se planea investigar sobre las Tecnologías de información y Comunicación que permitirán, a los Notarios de Fe Publica, del Municipio del Cercado del Departamento de Cochabamba, con relación al acceso oportuno a información fehaciente sobre identidad y patrimonialidad, en el marco de un eficiente ejercicio de sus funciones fedatarias.

Through the present study, it is planned to investigate the information and communication technologies that will allow the Notaries Public of the Cercado Municipality of the Department of Cochabamba, in relation to the timely access to reliable information on identity and patrimoniality, in the framework of an efficient exercise of their fedatary functions.
