Análisis de la aplicación de las notificaciones por correo electrónico en los trámites procesales conforme el art. 83 parágrafo II del nuevo código procesal civil Ley 439, en el sistema boliviano

Abstract

El presente trabajo consta de cinco capítulos, en el primero de ellos se hace un recogimiento de los principios que rigen la materia, dando a cada uno de ellos la importancia que merecen y como deberían ser entendidos para posteriormente ser aplicados, siendo que muchos estudiosos han dedicado sus estudios a profundizar de ellos, siendo los que permiten la elaboración de este trabajo de monografía sobre las notificaciones electrónicas coadyuva a la celeridad y economía procesal, ya que este es un tema novedoso y que en Bolivia ha causado siempre un asombro al cambio y que ahora facilitará a que la justicia que se imparte en los juzgados por dilaciones innecesarias, lo que normalmente se considera como retardación de justiciaThe present work consists of five chapters, the first of them is a collection of the principles that govern the matter, giving each of them the importance they deserve and how they should be understood to be applied later, and many scholars have dedicated their studies to deepen them, being those that allow the preparation of this monograph on electronic notifications contributes to speed and procedural economy, since this is a novel subject and that in Bolivia has always caused an astonishment to the change and that now will facilitate that the justice that is given in the courts for unnecessary delays, which is normally considered as delay of justice.
