Acceso a la justicia: un derecho otorgado a la jurisdicción indígena originario campesina desde la óptica de la nación indígena de Coroma

Abstract

La investigación responde a la problemática del pensum y la nueva estructura organizacional del Estado para la constitucionalidad de los derechos y garantías que ostentan en la norma constitucional vigente, respondiendo a la problemática de solución o atención oportuna de los procesos litigiosos inherentes quizás a la oportuna atención de la justicia en aquellos casos donde los sucesos ocurren en poblaciones aledañas a las capitales que tienen oportuna atención de los tribunales, fiscales, policías y demás.The research responds to the problems of the curriculum and the new organizational structure of the State for the constitutionality of the rights and guarantees that they have in the current constitutional norm, responding to the problem of solution or timely attention of the inherent litigious processes perhaps to the timely attention of justice in those cases where the events occur in populations near the capitals that have timely attention of the courts, prosecutors, police and others.
