El derecho notarial en concordancia con los fines del derecho de integración en la Comunidad Andina (C.A.N.)

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación pretende analizar la viabilidad de una propuesta de armonización legislativa en materia de Derecho Notarial en el marco de la Comunidad Andina de Naciones (CAN), con base en el principio rector integrador de los países que conforman la unidad andina y por medio del cual se pretende fomentar y alcanzar el desarrollo equilibrado de los países miembros en condición de equidad, reflejada en una administración objetiva, que permitirá trascender a una alianza que vaya más allá de lo económico y de esta manera permitir a los Estados miembros enfrentarse a los nuevos desafíos de la realidad mundial.This research work aims to analyze the feasibility of a proposal for legislative harmonization in the area of Notarial Law within the framework of the Andean Community of Nations (CAN), based on the guiding principle of integration of the countries that make up the Andean unit and through which it is intended to promote and achieve the balanced development of member countries in conditions of equity, reflected in an objective administration, which will allow transcending to an alliance that goes beyond the economic and thus allow member states to face the new challenges of the global reality.
