Resumen/Abstract
El presente trabajo de investigación se encuentra centrado en conocer el rol del juez en materia agrario y su procedimiento, a efectos de que la sociedad litigante tenga la facilidad y simplicidad de proseguir de forma objetiva y solucionar los conflictos agroambientales existentes, llegando a un acuerdo satisfactorio entre partes en conflicto.
This research work is focused on the role of the judge in agrarian matters and its procedure, so that the litigant society has the ease and simplicity to proceed objectively and solve the existing agri-environmental conflicts, reaching a satisfactory agreement between conflicting parties.
