Abstract

En pocas décadas los problemas ambientales, en sus distintas manifestaciones, se han constituido en una de las más destacadas preocupaciones de la humanidad; pocas veces en la historia se ha visto confluir a las diversas ciencias sociales y naturales en un trabajo conjunto de investigación, diagnósticos y propuestas de políticas públicas para lograr un desarrollo sostenible, con el apoyo de un despliegue mundial de organizaciones sociales. Sin embargo, esta preocupación de la humanidad no ha logrado los resultados exitosos que eran de esperar, en gran medida por cuanto en los acuerdos internacionales y en las non natividades nacionales han predominado en muchos casos los intereses crematísticos por encima de los intereses sociales.

In a few decades, environmental problems, in their different manifestations, have become one of the most prominent concerns of humanity; few times in history has the various social and natural sciences come together in a joint work of research, diagnoses and proposals for public policies to achieve sustainable development, with the support of a worldwide deployment of social organizations. However, this concern of humanity has not achieved the successful results that were to be expected, to a great extent because in international agreements and in national non-nativities, in many cases the political interests have predominated over the social interests.
