Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación fue enfocado en analizar el proceso y sistema de selección y elección de los Magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional, teniendo en cuenta la Constitución Política del Estado Plurinacional de Bolivia se limitó a la mención de designar una comisión especializada de la Asamblea Legislativa Plurinacional para la selección de los candidatos a Magistrados del Tribunal Constitucional Plurinacional y posteriormente la elección por voto popular mediante los entes encargados como es el Tribunal Supremo Electoral.The present research work was focused on analyzing the process and system of selection and election of the Magistrates of the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal, taking into account the Political Constitution of the Plurinational State of Bolivia was limited to the mention of designating a specialized commission of the Plurinational Legislative Assembly for the selection of candidates for Magistrates of the Plurinational Constitutional Tribunal and subsequently the election by popular vote through the entities in charge such as the Supreme Electoral Tribunal.
