Gestión administrativa en la cooperativa de educación bancaria de la ciudad de potosí

Abstract

El presente trabajo de investigación que lleva por título GESTIÓN ADMINISTRATIVA EN LA COOPERATIVA DE EDUCACIÓN BANCARIA DE LA CIUDAD DE POTOSÍ, tiene por objetivo Proponer un modelo de gestión administrativa eficiente en la Cooperativa de Educación Bancaria que permita un mejor desempeño del personal de la Cooperativa Educativa Bancaria de la ciudad de Potosí, de manera tal que la Cooperativa se vea beneficiada.The present research work entitled ADMINISTRATIVE MANAGEMENT IN THE BANKING EDUCATION COOPERATIVE OF THE CITY OF POTOSÍ, aims to propose a model of efficient administrative management in the Banking Education Cooperative that allows a better performance of the personnel of the Banking Education Cooperative of the city of Potosí, in such a way that the Cooperative will benefit.
