Extinción para la aceptación de la herencia

Abstract

La presente monografía tiene como propósito determinar en qué momento prescribe la aceptación de la herencia dentro de la sucesión hereditaria en el ordenamiento jurídico boliviano. De acuerdo a un estudio con método deductivo y la técnica de investigación bibliográfica o documental, se procede a la revisión de conceptos y disposiciones normativas vigentes en el ordenamiento jurídico boliviano, respecto al tema de la sucesión hereditaria, en concreto dentro del ámbito de la aceptación de la herencia.The purpose of this monograph is to determine at what moment the acceptance of the inheritance is prescribed in the Bolivian legal system. According to a study with a deductive method and the technique of bibliographic or documentary research, we proceed to the review of concepts and normative provisions in force in the Bolivian legal system, regarding the subject of hereditary succession, specifically within the scope of the acceptance of the inheritance.
