Análisis de las visiones de desarrollo rural y los conflictos por tierras fiscales en la provincia Abel Iturralde del norte de La Paz

Abstract

En el presente trabajo de investigación mostramos, que las comunidades indígenas tienen una visión de desarrollo muy distinta al intercultural. En los polos extremos se muestran en la mecanización total de una agricultura intensiva sin mucho cuidado al medio ambiente, se podría decir una visión extrema intercultural y en el otro lado una visión idealista romántica, conservacionista, de vivir en el paraíso volviendo a la caza y recolección sin dañar el medio ambiente, pero también sin maneras de protegerse hacía invasiones externas, que se podría denominar una visión extrema de pueblo indígena.In this research work we show that the indigenous communities have a very different vision of development than the intercultural one. In the extreme poles they are shown in the total mechanization of an intensive agriculture without much care for the environment, one could say an extreme intercultural vision and on the other side a romantic idealistic vision, conservationist, of living in paradise returning to hunting and gathering without damaging the environment, but also without ways to protect themselves against external invasions, which could be called an extreme vision of indigenous people.
