Psicología criminal y criminalistica : el informe pericial en psicología y psiquiatría forense

Abstract

Se dice que la Psicología forense nace en 1908, con los estudios del médico, doctor en Psicología, Hugo MÜNSTERBERG(27), cuando publica su obra titulada: En la posición del testigo (On the witness Stand, 1908),en la que indicaba que en relación al testimonio verbalizado de un testigo, no se podía obtener nada más que una verdad subjetiva y parcial. Y le parecía inútil el interrogatorio del abogado como estrategia primaria para extraer la verdad objetiva del testigo. Y propuso, que la Psicología debía realizar esa parte del trabajo investigativo mediante técnicas e instrumentos científicos que pudieran «objetivar» la subjetividad del testigo y sus recuerdos.
