Resumen/Abstract
El objetivo de este trabajo de grado es desarrollar un proyecto de intervención legal en el área de divorcios ante Notario Público por mutuo acuerdo de testamentos para anular el requisito de inexistencia de bienes comunitarios sujetos a registro, para que se facilite dicho divorcio.
The objective of this graduate work is to develop a legal intervention project in the area of divorces before a Notary Public by mutual agreement of wills to annul the requirement of non-existence of community property subject to registration, in order to facilitate such divorce.
