La escritura pública de extinción del usufructo por causa de muerte ante notario en Bolivia

Abstract

Esta investigación se interesa en el estudio de la escritura pública de extinción del usufructo ante Notario en Bolivia, sus características, registro y efectos frente a terceros a fin de perfeccionar el régimen normativo que ordena actualmente está extinción, que debe producirse en el ámbito de los derechos subjetivos y en la esfera registral provocando la cancelación del gravámen correspondiente.This research is interested in the study of the public deed of extinction of usufruct before a Notary in Bolivia, its characteristics, registration and effects against third parties in order to perfect the normative regime that currently orders this extinction, which must occur in the sphere of subjective rights and in the registry sphere, causing the cancellation of the corresponding lien.
