El diseño del derecho notarial para su inclusión en la malla curricular de la carrera de derecho de la Universidad Mayor De San Andrés

Abstract

El innovar la malla curricular de la Carrera de Derecho con la inclusión de la asignatura de Derecho Notarial, donde los Notarios se van a formar en los saberes y experiencias con una visión teórico-práctica, para poder desarrollar conocimientos y habilidades referidas al manejo de Instrumentos Públicos en el desempeño de la actividad notarial con dicha asignatura.To innovate the curriculum of the Law Career with the inclusion of the subject of Notarial Law, where the Notaries will be trained in the knowledge and experiences with a theoretical-practical vision, in order to develop knowledge and skills related to the handling of Public Instruments in the performance of the notarial activity with this subject.
