Abstract

El presente libro busca compendiar en un solo texto el contenido de dos disciplinas jurídicas que son fundamentales para lograr la seguridad con justicia, en el ámbito de la transmisión y adquisición de derechos. Por un lado, el Derecho Registral se construye sobre el mecanismo técnico de la publicidad a efectos de otorgar confianza a los particulares en sus diversas relaciones, para lo cual se ofrece información de los datos relevantes en el tráfico y simultáneamente establece criterios de preferencia respecto a los conflictos que se susciten en las diversas situaciones jurídicas ínter privatos. Se trata, por tanto, de una materia propia del Derecho Civil que da preponderancia al logro de la seguridad jurídicaThis book seeks to summarize in a single text the content of two legal disciplines that are essential to achieve security with justice, in the field of transmission and acquisition of rights. On the one hand, the Registry Law is built on the technical mechanism of advertising in order to grant confidence to individuals in their various relationships, for which information is offered on the relevant data in the traffic and simultaneously establishes criteria of preference with respect to the conflicts that arise in the various inter-private legal situations. It is, therefore, a matter of Civil Law that gives preponderance to the achievement of legal certainty.
