Resumen/Abstract
La presente investigación, analiza la importancia del principio de la Dación de Fe en la función notarial de Bolivia la cual es esencial en el Derecho Notarial, proporcionando autenticidad, certeza y seguridad jurídica a los hechos, actos y negocios jurídicos que son realizados ante un Notario de Fe Pública.
This research analyzes the importance of the principle of Certification of Authenticity in the notarial function of Bolivia, which is essential in Notarial Law, providing authenticity, certainty and legal security to the facts, acts and legal transactions carried out before a Public Faith Notary.
