Abstract

El presente plan de negocio tiene como objetivo realizar un estudio de factibilidad, desde un enfoque financiero que refleje la rentabilidad de la creación e implementación de un gimnasio en el medio acuático en la ciudad de Sucre, así también analizar el comportamiento del mercado más en concreto la población en estudio respecto de la apertura del gimnasio acuático y saber cuan atractivo puede llegar a ser una opción nueva de ejercicio para alcanzar un bienestar físico y mental mediante la instrucción de rutinas en el medio acuático.This business plan aims to conduct a feasibility study, from a financial approach that reflects the profitability of the creation and implementation of a gym in the aquatic environment in the city of Sucre, and also to analyze the market behavior more specifically the population under study regarding the opening of the aquatic gym and how attractive it can become a new option for exercise to achieve physical and mental well-being through the instruction of routines in the aquatic environment.
