Zonas aptas para la implementación del plan de manejo de combustibles naturales (biomasa de residuos forestales) en el parque nacional Tunari

Abstract

El Parque Nacional Tunari es una de las Áreas Protegidas (AP) de Carácter Nacional que tiene el país, esta se encuentra bajo el cuidado del SERNAP. Esta AP en los últimos años ha estado sometida a grandes presiones siendo una de estas los incendios forestales de gran magnitud. Es por eso que el presente trabajo propone una alternativa para reducir los incendios forestales o disminuir el impacto negativo de los mismos sobre los bosques, ayudando a lo conservación de los servicios ecosistémicos que brinda el por un lado a los comunarios que viven en su interior, y por el otro a toda la ciudad de Cochabamba.Tunari National Park is one of the country's National Protected Areas (PA) under the care of SERNAP. In recent years, this PA has been subjected to great pressures, one of them being large-scale forest fires. That is why this work proposes an alternative to reduce forest fires or reduce their negative impact on the forests, helping to conserve the ecosystem services provided on the one hand to the community members living in the area, and on the other hand to the entire city of Cochabamba.
