Escribí este libro porque había una fuerte necesidad de un texto que interesaría directamente a los no graduados sin sacrificar su beca. I wrote this book because there was a strong need for a text that would directly interest undergraduates without sacrificing their scholarship. Our field is very exciting; however, the existing texts do not reflect that emotion. The book contains several real-world examples that illustrate the big points, profiles of a wide variety of I / O career paths, humor for more enjoyable reading, and charts and tables that integrate and simplify such complicated topics like employment law. , job satisfaction, job motivation and leadership.
