Lineamientos interpretativos de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos en la función notarial como garante de seguridad jurídica en su actuar cotidiano

Abstract

El objetivo de la investigación fue identificar los lineamientos interpretativos de la Corte Interamericana de Derechos Humanos, así como el control de constitucionalidad respecto a la función notarial como garante de seguridad jurídica en su actuar cotidiano conforme establece la legislación boliviana (Ley Nº 483).The objective of the research was to identify the interpretive guidelines of the Inter-American Court of Human Rights, as well as the control of constitutionality regarding the notarial function as a guarantor of legal certainty in daily actions as established by Bolivian legislation (Law No. 483).
