Por consiguiente, el empleo de métodos de tecnología que vinculen a la salud y al medio ambiente es deber del Estado preservarlos, a través de políticas de gestión ambiental, en resguardo al derecho a la salud, a un medio ambiente saludable, protegido y equilibrado, justamente porque la ciencia no es capaz de predecir los riesgos y los impactos que pueden producir sobre la salud humana, y el medio ambiente. El Estado boliviano al liberar al ámbito, Organismos Modificados Genéticamente y no adoptar disposiciones claras pone en jaque a los sistemas productivos y la pregunta surge: ¿Cuál es el Plan Estratégico de la bioseguridad alimentaria en Bolivia?Therefore, the use of technology methods that link health and the environment is the duty of the State to preserve them, through environmental management policies, in order to safeguard the right to health, to a healthy, protected and balanced environment, precisely because science is not capable of predicting the risks and impacts that they can produce on human health and the environment. By releasing Genetically Modified Organisms into the environment and not adopting clear provisions, the Bolivian State is putting production systems in check and the question arises: What is the Strategic Plan for food biosafety in Bolivia?
